The group also includes Dazed Studio, a creative agency partnering with world-class brands in the luxury and lifestyle sectors from our headquarters in London and New York.

Role Summary

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive growth and engagement across Dazed, AnOther, and Another Man, with a primary focus on scaling Dazed Club. You will lead integrated, "URL-to-IRL" campaigns that grow our membership app and global email strategy, while cultivating high-impact cultural partnerships that keep our brands at the heart of youth culture. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven execution, requiring a strategic mindset to hit rigorous growth targets for app downloads and community membership.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Guardianship

  • Campaign Ownership: Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery, and evaluation of Dazed Club marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Strategy Implementation: Create and implement a robust membership marketing strategy to convert audience sign-ups into active Dazed Club members.

  • Brand Guardianship: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all outputs reflect the identity, tone, and values of Dazed Media brands.

  • Inclusivity: Champion inclusive marketing practices, ensuring diverse representation and accessible messaging across all platforms.

  • Creative Assets: Brief and manage the production of trailers, social assets, and campaign toolkits, ensuring high standards of brand consistency.

Growth, Audience & Membership

  • Dazed Club Growth: Support the CMO and Executive Editor in initiatives to grow app downloads and membership working closely with the events and marketing team. Plan seasonal pushes and "opening the gates" promotional campaigns.

  • Data & Insight: Use audience data and behavioral insights to evaluate campaign performance, refine retention strategies, and advise on membership product development.

  • Targeting: Drive strategic initiatives to reach and retain underrepresented audiences, specifically the 18–24 demographic.

  • Revenue Optimisation: Monitor membership metrics to identify any revenue opportunities including pricing strategies (tickets, subscriptions etc)

Digital Ecosystem: CRM, Email & Web

  • Email Strategy: Own the segmented email marketing strategy. Design automated, personalised journeys for key audience segments to deepen engagement with Dazed Club and AnOther, Another Man and Dazed initiatives and issues

  • Platform Optimisation: Monitor and optimise the online user experience through regular content refreshes and coordination with digital agencies for new functionality working closely with Dazed’s digital teams

  • Ticketing & Events: Lead the coordination of ticketed events, ensuring smooth customer journeys and efficient integration with CRM systems.

  • Database Growth: Lead initiatives to grow the newsletter database across the Dazed Media Group working closely with its digital department

Cultural Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Commercial Support: Assist in researching, pitching, and securing commercial sponsors and collaborators aligned with Dazed Club’s mission.

  • Partner Management: Manage day-to-day communications and deliverables for partners, ensuring campaigns are executed on brief and schedule.

  • Cultural Activation: Build and maintain relationships with galleries, universities, and festivals to deliver PR value and growth for Dazed Club.

  • Reporting: Compile comprehensive wrap reports for partners, highlighting audience impact, ROI, and creative outcomes.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Internal Bridge: Act as the primary link between Commercial, Editorial, Events, and Social teams to ensure campaign rollouts are aligned.

  • Coordination: Lead regular meetings with the Events and Marketing teams to align content calendars/planning and prevent overlap in external communications.

  • Content Integration: Collaborate with Editorial to produce high-quality content (video, social, features) for Dazed Club campaigns and sponsored integrations.

Person Specification:

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix.

  • Demonstrable track record of building and segmenting new audiences (specifically Gen Z/creative communities).

  • Solid expertise in brand strategy and a deep understanding of the digital/social landscape.

  • Experience in content production and managing complex digital advertising campaigns.

  • Data-Driven: Ability to use insights and analytics to optimise activity and report on ROI.

  • Cultural Connection: Deeply immersed in arts, fashion, and youth culture.
