The key responsibilities for this role include:

· Producing and analysing productivity data for the Tradeteam network on a daily and weekly basis.

· Monitoring compliance of internal, bespoke systems for up to 15 sites.

· Face to face problem solving with the operational team - dealing with system and equipment queries.

· Interpersonal skills - including inter-depot communication via phone, teams, and email.

· Ability to engage and contribute at all levels of operational hierarchy.

· Administration tasks required for operation.

· Time management and self-motivation to achieve operational deadlines.
