This role is with , a growing and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm , is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its successful Private Client team in Brighton .

The Role:

You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including:

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Probate and estate administration , including taxable estates
• Inheritance tax (IHT) planning
• Trusts and succession planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients

You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative private client department , with access to strong support and the opportunity to develop your practice.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Solid experience in Private Client / Probate work
• Ability to manage files with a good level of autonomy
• Strong client‑care skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative and approachable manner
