Private Client Solicitor
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)
This role is with , a growing and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm , is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its successful Private Client team in Brighton .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and supportive firm offering high‑quality private client work , flexible hybrid working and strong long‑term career prospects .
The Role:
You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including:
- Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
- Probate and estate administration , including taxable estates
- Inheritance tax (IHT) planning
- Trusts and succession planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients
You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative private client department , with access to strong support and the opportunity to develop your practice.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Solid experience in Private Client / Probate work
- Ability to manage files with a good level of autonomy
- Strong client‑care skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative and approachable manner
