We are recruiting a Head of Strategic Development to join our incredible team, workforce, and community. Following our recent Ofsted ‘outstanding’ judgement, the successful candidate will help us further improve as we take forward national reforms across social care and SEND. Working to the Assistant Director Standards and Regulations, you will enable best outcomes to achieve our One Family Approach ambition for children to thrive in their families, achieve in schools, and flourish in their community.
