We're looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Operational Lead to oversee and drive excellence within the Adult Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) Community Service across the Collaborative (Provide, EPUT & NELFT).

Main duties of the job
As the interim Operational Lead, you will:

• Lead & Inspire: Provide professional and clinical leadership for the Adult SLT Community team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Manage & Develop: Take charge of line management, supporting team growth, and shaping a thriving, motivated workforce.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently within an agreed locality, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work across organisational boundaries with Provide, EPUT, and NELFT to enhance and streamline service delivery within the Collaborative framework.

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• HCPC registration
