We're looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Operational Lead to oversee and drive excellence within the Adult Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) Community Service across the Collaborative (Provide, EPUT & NELFT). As the interim Operational Lead, you will:

- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or allied health setting.
- Expertise in Speech & Language Therapy, with a good understanding of adult community care.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- A commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering patient-centred outcomes.
As the interim Operational Lead, you will:
- Lead & Inspire: Provide professional and clinical leadership for the Adult SLT Community team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Manage & Develop: Take charge of line management, supporting team growth, and shaping a thriving, motivated workforce.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently within an agreed locality, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work across organisational boundaries with Provide, EPUT, and NELFT to enhance and streamline service delivery within the Collaborative framework.
