Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week | All year round
Shift Patterns: * Early: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
* Late: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
* Salary: Up to £27,040 per annum About the Role ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming nursery in Leicester with the recruitment of an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional to join a supportive nursery team and contribute to the care, learning and development of children aged 0-4 years. You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-4
* Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Complete observations and contribute to children's learning records
* Support children's individual needs and development
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies
* Work collaboratively as part of the wider Early Years team
* Contribute to maintaining high standards of care and provision What We're Looking For * Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare - essential
* Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a busy nursery team
