HR Business Partner - Media

HR Business Partner GBP75–80k Central London 3 days office, 2 from home

Handle are partnering with a growing international creative business to find an experienced, commercial People Partner to join a new and evolving People function.

This is a broad generalist, relationship–focused role working closely with senior leaders across a varied client group. You'll take ownership of your own business areas across the UK and EMEA, getting under the skin of how they operate and helping leaders navigate everything from growth and organisational change through to performance, talent, culture and more complex people challenges.

It's an environment with lots of challenging personalities and varied business needs, so we're looking for someone who is commercial, emotionally intelligent and confident building credibility with senior stakeholders. You'll need to be comfortable coaching and challenging leaders, navigating ambiguity and bringing good judgement rather than simply relying on process. You'll be someone who builds relationships intentionally and can take leaders on a journey, influencing and managing upwards.

You'll also need a solid generalist foundation and be confident with the more hands–on side of the role when needed, including complex ER and change.

This could be a great move for an established People/HR Business Partner from creative, media, retail, advertising (or another fast–paced, entrepreneurial environment) who enjoys complexity and wants autonomy, while still being part of a supportive and experienced People team.
