Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - Southampton, Hampshire
Our client is a prestigious International firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisors based in Southampton. Our client are looking for an ambitious Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their Southampton office.
As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will be part of the delivery team on tax advisory and tax compliance services to a wide range of businesses, OMBs, SMEs and Listed clients.
The local Southampton office is perfectly commutable from areas all across Hampshire; Winchester, Romsey, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Andover, Alton etc.
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead client relationships on your own portfolio of clients and, together with the senior team, you’ll deliver solutions on stand-alone advisory projects.
You’ll focus on large and complex clients, facilitating a smooth compliance process for key clients and getting involved in delivering ad hoc advice as required.
Transactions work will also feature in your role.
Dealing with HMRC correspondence including responding to enquiries
CTA, ACCA or ACA Qualified
Experience gained within a professional services firm in a mixed tax or business tax environment.
Good knowledge of business tax compliance and ideally some exposure to planning/advisory work
