Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - EMEA - General Medicines

ICON seeks a Project Manager for its General Medicine portfolio across EMEA locations. The role involves leading project teams, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring delivery of clinical research projects to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Proven project management experience with successful delivery from inception to completion
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with stakeholder management ability
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification advantageous
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams in matrix environments
