ResponsibilitiesPerform routine To assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance , To assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/ care plans and reviews , and to contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress and
Report any issues to the appropriate personnel
Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
