Part Time Casual Position | Flexible Shifts
Logistics Porters play a vital role in keeping our stadium operating and delivering outstanding experiences for our guests. Behind every successful matchday, conference, concert and event is a dedicated team making sure everything is in the right place, at the right time.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a team and aren't afraid to go the extra mile. If you have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working across Retail, Hospitality and Conference & Events, you'll help ensure our stadium is fully prepared and ready for every live event.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up hospitality and conference spaces, including tables, chairs, stages and other furniture.
- Preparing rooms and event spaces in line with customer requirements and function sheets.
- Setting up audio-visual equipment for conferences and events.
- Cleaning, organising and maintaining storage areas, retail units and cellars.
- Supporting and guiding a small team to ensure all areas are ready for live days.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational excellence.
- Following safe working practices, particularly when using electrical equipment and handling cables.

SHIFT PATTERNS
Our shifts will vary depending on event and business requirements.
Typical shift patterns include:
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 2:00pm – 7:00pm
- 4:00pm - 11:00pm
Weekend availability is essential, alongside flexibility to support matchdays, conferences, concerts and other events.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Position: Part Time Casual (potential of extra hours each week based on business requirements).
- Footwear: Steel toe-cap boots / safety boots are essential.
- Physical Requirements: The role involves heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Flexibility: Hours will depend on operational and event requirements.
