Freedom Care Herts is a small very personal care agency. We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our wonderful team and provide support to our lovely clients.
Areas we cover are Hoddesdon, Ware, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Stanstead Abbotts. All very local. We are rated as Good by CQC and recently won an award for being in the top 20 care agencies in the East Of England
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, such as hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently alongside a great team.
Bank Holidays paid at an enhanced rate.
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and be a driver with own car or use of car.
You will be enrolled in NEST pension and after probation period joined to BUPA healthcare
Experience in domiciliary care would be beneficial but not essential as full training would be given. Followed by ongoing support. We do not offer sponsorship. Call for more information. We are here to help.
