Responsibilities

- Light meal preparation.
- Companionship.
- General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to promote and deliver person centred care.
Desirable Skills
- QCF level 3 in H & SC.
- Previous paid caring experience.
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate. NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. Training academies throughout Northern Ireland. Practical paid training. CPD approved certificate for training. QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications. Internal career progression. Paid shadowing. Mentoring arrangements. Uniforms supplied. Flexible working hours - full time and part time morning, afternoon, evenings and late rotas. Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available. Experienced care company with over 50 years in healthcare. Recommend a Friend incentive - any of our staff who recommend someone who comes to work for NWCare will receive a £250. voucher (no limit to number). We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
