This is your opportunity to learn from industry leaders, gain hands-on experience, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in property within our Thornley Groves in Manchester . Our rotational scheme will give you real-world experience, exposure to all sides of the business and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
At the end of the programme you will be guaranteed a permanent placement within the business. The salary for this role is up to £24,500.
Mandatory stages of the recruitment and graduate programme are outlined below:
- Assessment & Interview Day: Thursday 10 September in Manchester
- Graduate Programme Start Date: Thursday 8 October
- Graduate Induction: Our graduate induction will take place on 8th and 9th October at Lomond's Head Office in London. Attendance across both days is a mandatory part of the programme. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate across key business areas such as sales, lettings and property management
- Work as an estate agent with industry-leading professionals
- Gain hands-on experience in client-facing roles and property site visits
- Receive structured training, mentorship and support
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates with a strong degree result and a passion for the property industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in the property sector
- Eligibility to work permanently in the UK
- A full UK driving licence
