Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £40,000-£52,000 + great benefits

If you're a Senior Associate or Assistant Manager with solid corporate tax experience and looking to step up into a role with more advisory exposure, this is a great opportunity. The team is growing and looking for someone ambitious who wants to develop their skills and progress their career in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with senior colleagues on a broad range of corporate and international tax work, including:

• Delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory projects
• Supporting on reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and demergers
• Assisting with tax due diligence and structuring work
• Working across areas such as loss relief, group relief and tax accounting
• Preparing and reviewing corporate and deferred tax calculations
• Building client relationships and liaising directly with intermediaries
• Identifying opportunities across other tax service lines
• Supporting and developing junior team members

What you'll need

• ATT, CTA and/or ACA qualification
• Around 3+ years' experience in a corporate tax role
• Exposure to advisory work alongside compliance
• Good knowledge of corporate tax and tax accounting basics
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• Alphatax experience helpful, but not essential
