Position: Luxury Brand Ambassador
Location: John Lewis, Bluewater
Full Time: 37.5 Hours
MISSION
As beauty consultant forMaison Francis Kurkdijan, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Maison Francis Kurkdijan at all times.
Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES:
- To pro-actively sell Maison Francis Kurkdijan products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
- To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
- To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT)
KPI: To achieve sales targets
SERVICE
- To be knowledgeable on all Maison Francis Kurkdijan products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
- Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each products
- To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
- To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs
- To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
- To educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdijan products and the brands
KPI: To achieve target for Mystery Shopping
GENERAL
- To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines
- To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
- To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- To be an Maison Francis Kurkdijan brand ambassador and representative at all times
- To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
- To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
Profile
PERSON SPECIFICATION In order to be successful in this role, you will be: Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service. Be agile and flexible as your role is between all stores. Driven and results orientated; seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity. Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs. Immaculately groomed and presented; you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with Maison Francis Kurdijan
