Supporting in the operation of the East Anglia Hub working alongside the Paraplanners and Independent Financial Advisers providing administration support to ensure delivery of excellent client service.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

• Ensure that all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients
• Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisers
• Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings
• Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing maters on behalf of the Advisers
• Ensure the post meeting processing is completed within deadlines
• Manage LOA end to end process
• Ensure back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow

What you'll learn

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

English and maths (grade Grade 4/C and above)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
