Private Client Senior Manager
Blackburn
£50,000 - £75,000 (Hybrid working & wider benefits)
- Lead a portfolio of private clients including HNWIs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family-run businesses.
- Deliver tailored tax planning across Income Tax, CGT, IHT, succession planning, and trust structures.
- Oversee and review personal tax compliance work, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
- Manage, mentor and support team members with reviews and technical development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and local business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified , with significant experience in UK private client tax.
- Comfortable leading client relationships and managing compliance teams.
- Commercially aware, technically confident, and capable of juggling advisory and compliance work.
- Experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative culture.
