Office Manager – Felixstowe

We’re an ambitious logistics company based in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom with our feet firmly planted in Felixstowe — and we’re looking for an experienced Office Manager who’s ready to roll up the sleeves, lead a great team, and help us grow.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the engine room of our Felixstowe office. That means keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, leading and motivating your team, and actively driving sales — particularly reloading trailers for the continent and developing our forwarding business. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What we’re looking for

Solid, hands-on experience in transport and freight forwarding — you know how this industry works
A strong grasp of UK–continent customs requirements
A sharp commercial mindset — you understand margins, costs, and what drives performance
Real sales ability — you’re comfortable picking up the phone and opening doors
Natural leadership skills — your team trusts you and you know how to get the best out of people
Great communicator — clear, confident, friendly and personal
