Your role as Assessment Team Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of 10delivering high-quality 20-week assessments
- Drive performance and service delivery, ensuring targets and standards are met
- Provide supervision, coaching and supportto develop team capability
- Oversee case quality and compliance, maintaining best practice standards
- Act as a key link between operational delivery and senior leadership
Your experience as Assessment Team Manager:
- Proven experience as an Assessment Team Managerwithin a Local Authority setting
- Strong background in managing frontline assessment teams
- Excellent knowledge of statutory frameworks and assessment processes
- Ability to drive performance, quality assurance and team development
- Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
