Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience (Pro Rata)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

Medacs Healthcare is delighted to be working in partnership with Operose Health to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner for their team at The Practice Northumberland Avenue, Southend-on-Sea . This permanent, full-time role offers you the opportunity to make a real difference in primary care with Operose Health. About You

You are an experienced Advanced Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality care in a primary care setting. You are NMC registered, with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status. You have a minor injury and illness qualification and are committed to maintaining and monitoring high standards of care. Ideally, you hold a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification, or you are accredited or working towards ACP status.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis for patients within general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required.

Requirements

Essential:

• Experience in a primary care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification.
• Ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.

Desirable:

• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or working towards ACP accreditation.
