Employment Senior Solicitor/Associate (2+ PQE)

An opportunity has become available for an Employment Senior Solicitor / Associate to join an established Aberdeen employment team handling a broad range of advisory and contentious matters for employer clients.
You'll work closely with businesses across multiple sectors, providing pragmatic employment law advice while developing your expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The role
- Advise employers on employment law and workplace issues
- Manage Tribunal proceedings, including drafting ET3s
- Prepare employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
- Support corporate transactions involving employment law considerations
- Deliver training sessions and client updates
About you
- 2+ years' PQE in employment law
- Experience advising employer clients
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Commercial and client-focused approach
