Purpose of the role

Focused on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus.

Accountabilities

Join Barclays as a Project Manager - Financial Crime and play a pivotal role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives across technology and financial crime programmes. You will lead complex change delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic outcomes are achieved while enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting business objectives.

This role operates within Integrated Financial Crime (IFC), a function dedicated to driving a safer and stronger Barclays through effective financial crime prevention, risk management, and technology-enabled solutions.

To be successful as a Project Manager - Financial Crime , you should have experience with:

• Proven experience in large scale Project mgmt. and delivery transformation - delivering complex programmes on time while driving measurable business outcomes

• Experience working in and understanding of the financial crime landscape - enabling effective delivery of regulatory and financial crime change initiatives

• Experience in delivering change and Agile ways of working - supporting adaptive delivery models and continuous value creation
