- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the council’s repairs service.Manage large-scale repairs across housing and corporate assets, ensuring compliance with standards.Oversee staffing, budgets c£10m, and equipment to deliver efficient service.Lead procurement and management of maintenance contracts.Demonstrate strong knowledge of building construction, property maintenance, and housing standards.Proven track record of leading operational teams and managing high-value budgets in a housing or local authority setting.This successful candidate is expected to be on site supporting operational teams and front-line operatives 4 out of 5 days.
