Your Role:

As a Chartered Accountant Trainee, you will:

• Work on real projects: Contribute to client engagements, prepare financial statements, conduct audits, and provide business insights that help drive success for your employer.
• Pursue the ACA qualification: Undertake the ICAEW ACA qualification, with support from your employer, including study leave, exam fees, and a structured training programme.
• Develop Essential skills: Build your expertise in financial reporting, business strategy, data analysis, and communication, laying the foundation for a successful career as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
