Key Responsibilities
- Install loft insulation materials in domestic properties to specification and compliance standards.
- Conduct pre-install checks, including loft access, ventilation, and existing insulation levels.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety procedures and company policies.
- Record and submit photo evidence and documentation for compliance.
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors, project managers, and homeowners.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in loft insulation installation (ECO4/GBIS experience desirable).
- Working knowledge of PAS 2030 installation standards.
- Valid CSCS card (preferred).
- Own van and tools (essential).
- Public liability insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
