Administrative Assistant

£12k - £29.66k per annum
Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our administration team within the school’s main office. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school, while contributing to a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and front-of-house support, acting as a key point of contact within the school. If you are well-organised, approachable, and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative school environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Dormers Wells High School is an 11-18 mixed, multi-cultural academy within the Dormers Wells Learning Trust. “There is a thriving sense of community at this school… Leaders place inclusion at the heart of their work. The successful candidate will:

·      Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies

·       Be welcoming and professional

·      Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure

·      Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player

·      Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
