About the Role

We're looking for dynamic, adaptable Primary Teachers to support a group of Birmingham schools across Sparkbrook, Small Heath, Bordesley Green, Stechford, Hodge Hill, Shard End, Erdington, Castle Vale and Castle Bromwich .

These schools are busy, community‑focused and value teachers who can step in confidently, teach well and maintain strong routines from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on daily or long‑term needs
• Delivering clear, engaging lessons that follow school policies
• Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
• Managing behaviour calmly and consistently
• Adapting quickly to new classrooms, teams and expectations
• Being available from 6:30am for same‑day bookings

What You Need

• QTS
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check
• Ability to teach confidently from Early Years to Year 6
• Strong behaviour management
• Professionalism, punctuality and adaptability
• Willingness to work across multiple Birmingham schools
