Spanish Teacher to join a confident and high-achieving MFL department

Our Client is seeking a Spanish Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 within an established secondary school in Spalding. The successful candidate will deliver a communicative language curriculum focused on fluency, listening skills and cultural understanding, supported by strong GCSE outcomes.

School Information
This 11–18 school serves approximately 1,270 students and maintains strong academic foundations through consistent teaching practice, embedded behaviour systems and supportive leadership. The MFL department uses digital language platforms, shared planning and robust assessment structures to support student progression.
