Following a recent refurbishment, they are seeking a talented Bar & Lounge Manager to lead their beautifully designed bar and three luxurious lounge areas.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operation of the bar and lounge areas, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times. Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of 11 to deliver exceptional 5-star service. Curating and maintaining an outstanding beverage and cocktail offering. Driving service standards, training, and development within your team.
Requirements
- Have proven experience within a 5-star luxury environment. Possess excellent knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails. Be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a passionate team. Have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Benefits
- £35,000 per annum plus circa £7,200 service charge. Working 48 hours per week, across 5 days. The opportunity to manage a newly refurbished bar and lounges within a world-famous 5 Red Star hotel.
