About the School
This highly regarded secondary school educates approximately 1,500 students aged 11–18 and has an excellent reputation for academic success, exemplary behaviour, and strong pastoral care. The school consistently achieves results above national averages, with particularly strong outcomes in Mathematics at both GCSE and A-Level.

The Role
The successful ECT will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to develop towards KS5 teaching in the future. You will be supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme, including mentoring, reduced timetable, regular CPD, and peer observation.
Candidate Profile
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional development
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Paid on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) with excellent ECT support, mentoring, and long-term progression opportunities.
