Junior Social Media Manager (Blockchain)

We are looking to hire a Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Source trends, ideate and execute generating various organic brand-related images and video content Create a marketing calendar for organic content and participate in generating Twitter and Instagram feed posts, reels, stories, and TikTok videos Expertise in navigating Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok platforms Engage with followers on social media accounts and manage the brand's voice Analyse and improve social media metrics (traffic, engagement, followers, impressions, etc.) using social media management tools Research market trends and identify areas for improvement Find influencers and support creative initiatives Report on the outcome of your concepts with analysis rooted in metrics Requirements: 0+ years of relevant working experience in social media and digital marketing Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva Knowledge of filming and comfortable appearing on camera Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and eCommerce Experience working in or interest in consumer products industry highly preferred Proactive, positive, and humorous with a high standard of ownership and investment in the outcome Deep understanding of the web3 and NFT ecosystem and knowledge of social games is a plus Strong communication and English speaking skills Experience in using publishing, analytics, and social media management tools to create content and drive engagement Ability to execute campaigns, set KPIs, define responsibilities, and report on performance Please read this: Payout Information (document) -
