Sales & Marketing Intern

About the Role
Yieldcrest Capital is looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the high-growth international real estate sector. You will work closely with our leadership team to support lead generation, CRM management, and brand awareness for our premium developments, including the innovative AMRA project.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build a career in real estate, business development, or digital marketing within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Support: Assist in managing and updating lead records in Salesforce to ensure the sales pipeline remains organized and efficient.
- Lead Research: Identify and research potential investment trends and target audiences across international markets.
- Content Assistance: Support the creation of marketing collateral, including social media posts, email newsletters, and property presentation decks.
- Sales Outreach: Assist the sales team in nurturing early-stage leads and scheduling follow-up consultations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and stay updated on real estate market shifts to provide insights for our marketing strategy.
- Administrative Support: Help with general operations and project management tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to write professional emails and engage with team members.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
- Work Ethic: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- Remote Discipline: Highly organized and capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
