Job Requirements

• Relevant qualifications, training or experience for the role you are applying for.
• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting children to achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school communities.
• Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different school settings.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and diversity.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
