The Education Entitlement and Enrichment Service strives to deliver outstanding services for our customers, predominantly the children of Coventry, who may require access to education or alternative education provision. We ensure vulnerable children are appropriately supported; have a voice, which hopefully leads to their high achievement and excellent progress.
The Service is made up of a diverse range of teams all working together to recognise, support and apply innovative solutions to address the growing issues in relation to trying to educate some of our most vulnerable pupils in schools.
Coventry Music Service are the lead provider of Music Education in the city and the Lead Organisation of Coventry Music Education Hub. Our goal is to deliver an inclusive offer of Music Education across the city as part of the Education Entitlement and Enrichment Service.

Over 7,000 students receive weekly music lessons through schools and venues across the city. This pivotal role ensures everything runs smoothly, from timetabling and billing to supporting families and customers.

Please note this role is a part-time fixed-term contract for - 26 hours per week for 12 months.

Who are we looking for?
Coventry Music is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting music education and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
You will be

Experience in administration, customer service, or education support is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
