Our client, a long-standing regional law firm with offices across the Thames Valley, is seeking an NQ to 2PQE solicitor to join its thriving Contentious Probate team.What You'll Do:Take ownership of a varied caseload alongside two experienced partners, guiding estates and inheritance disputes from start to finish.Lead initial client calls, gather case details, and provide clear, pragmatic advice.Uphold rigorous quality and compliance standards, delivering an exceptional level of client care.Promote the full suite of services, identifying opportunities to support clients across practice areas.Mentor and supervise trainee solicitors, sharing your expertise to foster their development.Contribute to business development and networking initiatives, helping the team grow and strengthen its market reputation.The ideal candidate will be 0-2 PQE and thrive on client engagement, combining outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proactive initiative.
