QA Officer

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Quality Assurance Officer to lead the Product Quality Review process and conduct deviation investigations at its Swindon site. The role manages the PQR lifecycle, coordinates cross-functional reviews, and ensures compliance with GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the site Product Quality Review schedule, priorities and timely completion
• Author PQRs and coordinate collection and verification of input data from relevant functions
• Evaluate and trend product and process performance data using statistical tools
• Facilitate cross-functional PQR meetings and track resulting actions to closure
• Act as deviation investigator, leading quality investigations and authoring inspection-ready reports

Requirements

• Experience leading or managing Product Quality Review processes
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and quality investigation methodologies
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience authoring quality documentation and investigation reports
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and trending of quality data
