Food Processing Operative

You'll be responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You'll work, in a fast-paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.

In our standalone factories, you'll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts - fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It's fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success. Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores - where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it's showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time - and your part of the performance. No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training - all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn.
