SC Performance Analyst - Remote / Outside IR35 (IT)

Job Title: Performance Analyst ** SC needed ** Duration: 3-6 Months (extensions likely) Rate: Outside IR35 Location: Work from home Overview We are seeking a Performance Analyst to support a public sector organisation by delivering data-driven insights, performance reporting, and KPI analysis to improve service delivery and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret performance data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Performance Analyst, MI Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
• Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Must have Public sector experience . Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
