History Teacher (ECT) - Leicester, Leicestershire -...
A high-performing, community-focused secondary school in Leicester is looking to appoint a committed History ECT from January 2026 .
About the Role
You will teach History across KS3–KS4 , delivering well-structured enquiry questions, source analysis, and historical writing. The curriculum is modelled on disciplinary thinking, with strong scaffolding for ECTs in terms of lesson structure, retrieval routines and assessment design.
