Riada Resourcing is expanding, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our Coleraine team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and providing excellent customer service while supporting our recruitment teams in connecting talented candidates with leading employers across Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin or develop your career in recruitment, supporting our experienced consultants in sourcing exceptional talent and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to employers across Northern Ireland. What you'll be doing in this role:

• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with the sourcing and attraction of candidates across a range of sectors
• Screening CVs and carrying out initial candidate registrations and interviews
  
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Updating and managing candidate records on the recruitment database, ensuring information is accurate and compliant
• Providing a high level of customer service to candidates and colleagues
• Assisting with general administration and other recruitment-related activities as required
  

What you'll need for this role:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales, recruitment support or a similar office-based environment
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues and clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to work
