Customer Service Manager - Pharmacy

Role: Customer Service Manager
Industry: Healthcare / Pharmacy Services
Location: North West London (On-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am-6:00pm)

A growing healthcare services provider is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service team and maintain high standards of service.

You'll be a confident leader with a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, issues are resolved promptly and customers receive a consistently professional service.

Ideally, you'll have previous experience within pharmacy or healthcare, with an understanding of medication management processes and the importance of accurate, timely communication in a healthcare environment.

This is a hands-on role where you'll support and develop your team, oversee service standards and drive improvements to the overall customer experience.

Person Specification:

* Proven experience managing a large customer service operation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Previous experience working within pharmacy/medicines management
* Confident handling complaints
* Unrestricted UK Right to Work (please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
