Package: £25K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role
- Building relationships with candidates
- Meeting clients and candidates face to face
- Maintenance of existing relationships through Account Management
- Interviewing and preparing candidates
- Developing a personal brand in your chosen market
