Abbott Nutrition seeks a Healthcare Development Manager to drive market access and business growth across the South West UK. The role involves engaging NHS stakeholders, developing local access strategies, and delivering value-based healthcare solutions that support clinical outcomes and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local business and market access plans to drive brand growth and adoption
- Engage with NHS stakeholders and integrated care systems to identify new business opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across healthcare economies
- Support development of clinical pathways, guidelines, formularies, and service redesign initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unified customer engagement strategies
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
- Deep knowledge of NHS structure, priorities, and healthcare decision-making processes
- Demonstrated experience engaging NHS stakeholders at commissioning and service delivery levels
- Track record in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering value-based outcomes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and project management abilities
- Analytical skills to interpret complex healthcare data and identify opportunities
