Are you an experienced senior midwife with a passion for digital innovation and improving patient care? This is an exciting opportunity to join Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, supporting maternity services across a newly formed acute hospital trust. We are looking for a registered midwife with senior leadership capability, experience of digital transformation within an acute healthcare setting, and proven skills in stakeholder engagement, influencing change, and patient safety. This senior clinical digital leadership role supports delivery of the organisation's Digital Strategy, ensuring digital solutions improve patient care, safety and clinical outcomes. Reporting to the Lead Digital Clinical Specialist, the post holder will provide expert clinical advice and leadership across digital transformation programmes, including the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). As the Senior Digital Clinical Specialist Midwife, they will help design, implement and optimise digital systems, ensuring solutions are clinically safe, user-centred and aligned to service needs. The role will drive the adoption of digital ways of working, support clinicians in embedding technology into practice and maximise the benefits of digital investment. The post holder will also contribute to the leadership and development of the Digital Clinical Specialist workforce through mentoring, line management and professional support. They will champion innovation, continuous improvement, strong clinical governance and a digitally enabled culture across the organisation. About us
