CSCS Fire Stopper
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently looking for an experienced Fire Stopper to work on a busy construction project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out fire-stopping works to ensure penetrations and service openings are properly sealed and compliant with project requirements.
Duties- Installing fire-stopping systems around service penetrations
- Sealing gaps around pipes, cables and other building services
- Applying fire-rated sealants and other approved fire-stopping materials
- Carrying out fire-stopping remedial works
- Working from drawings and site specifications
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate records where required
- Working safely and keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Valid CSCS card
- Proven experience as a Fire Stopper
- Previous construction/site experience
- Good knowledge of fire-stopping systems and materials
- Relevant fire-stopping qualifications or manufacturer training preferred
- Own tools and PPE
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and professional approach
Fire Stopping experience is essential for this position.
