- Coordinating research and analysis that feeds into:
- The Staff Engagement Plan - helping guide our workforce through mobilisation.
- The Business Structure & Staffing Plan - developing the new organisational structure, job roles and Terms & Conditions.
- Analyse and present HR/OD data to support strategy development.
- Conduct research into best practices across HR and OD disciplines including staff engagement, leadership, culture and change.
- Support the organisational restructure, liaising with legal teams and other stakeholders.
- Monitor trends and developments in HR, including pay, roles, and engagement.
- Build and maintain a structured library of HR/OD documents (e.g., role profiles, policies, T&Cs).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our HR practices.
- Provide confidential support on sensitive matters impacting the team.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, colleagues, and managers across the organisation.
- Organise and facilitate staff engagement events and workshops.
- Influence key HR/OD deliverables across the wider business.
- Support external bench marking and partnership activities.
