TXM Recruit are looking for 2x Plumbers to work over two weekends completing some basic work in a Nursery in Reading. This will be out of hours (Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday) all three days over both weekends are paid enhanced.

Rate - 38ph CIS

Location - RG1 1AR
Dates - Weekend 11th, 12th, 13th and Weekend 18th, 19th, 20th

Scope of works:
Isolate water services where possible and make safe the work areas.
Open up designated areas as required to gain access to existing concealed pipework.
Remove redundant and defective pipework sections as identified during the works.
Supply and install new pipework, bends, connectors, valves and blanking caps as required.
Modify existing pipework arrangements to facilitate the proposed alterations.
Install new flexible connectors and associated fittings.
Liaise with drainage contractors during attendance to ensure all drainage connections and pipework alterations are completed correctly.
Allow for coordination with M&E contractors should additional isolation or service alterations be required.
Installation of new access panels to provide future maintenance access where required.
Reinstate all areas opened up during the works using new plasterboard.
Fill, prepare and decorate repaired surfaces to match surrounding finishes as closely as possible.
Apply silicone sealant to all disturbed sanitary and wall junctions as required.
