Quantity Surveyor Location: Hunstanton, Norfolk Summary A major Tier 1 infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to a significant coastal defence project in Hunstanton, Norfolk. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile civil engineering scheme that will help protect homes, businesses, and vital local infrastructure from the ongoing challenges of coastal erosion and flooding. Lodging will be paid where needed for candidates not living within a commutable distance. Working as part of a collaborative and experienced project team, you will contribute to the successful commercial delivery of works that are critical to the long-term resilience of the local coastline. The role offers exposure to complex engineering challenges, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to work on a project that will have a meaningful impact on the surrounding community and environment. As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

• Managing project costs and commercial performance
• Supporting procurement and subcontract management
• Preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports
• Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
• Helping ensure successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project.

Seeking candidate with:

• A BSc/HNC in quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
• Experience in Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• NEC contract experience preferred.

Salary of circa: £55,000 per annum plus package including:
