Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator / Labourer to join a busy warehouse and yard operation in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and is happy to combine forklift driving with general labouring duties in a fast-paced working environment. Key Responsibilities * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to safely move stock and materials around the site
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Coiling and handling copper cables
* Assisting with the storage, movement and preparation of materials
* Carrying out general labouring duties as required
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily production and dispatch targets What We're Looking For * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
* Flexi/Bendi Forklift experience is advantageous but not essential
* Forklift refresher training can be provided for the right candidate
* Previous warehouse, manufacturing or yard experience
* Comfortable carrying out manual handling and labouring duties throughout the day
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Good attention to detail
